Permitting
The City Planning Department works closely with property owners and developers on a wide range of development proposals - both large and small. The Planning Department is responsible answering questions about property zoning and the possible subdivision of property.
Specific permitting and development approvals addressed include:

- Conditional use permits

- Critical areas review
- Floodplain development permits
- SEPA checklists
- Grading permits
- Annexations
