Municipal Court Administrator

Everson Municipal Court processes both traffic and criminal misdemeanor citations where the violation has occurred within the city limits of Everson or Nooksack. Court is in session the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. Court convenes at 9:00 AM., and is held in the Everson Senior Center, located behind City Hall on Main Street.

Municipal Court payment methods:

Credit / Debit Card: NOTE: There is a $1.50 processing fee per transaction. Call (360)966-3411 for assistance.

Cash or Check: Make checks payable in US funds to Everson-Nooksack Municipal Court.

                           Mail: P.O. Box 315, Everson, WA 98247

                           Drop box: Drop box is located on the side of Everson City Hall, 111 W. Main Street, Everson, WA.

                           In Person: Cashiers are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours at Everson City Hall.

Our time payments are now outsourced to Signal Management Services. To set up monthly payments with Signal Management Services, click on the following link, Everson Municipal Court Time Payment Application.  Print out the 2 page form, fill it out completely and mail it with payment to the address on the form. For assistance in determining your first payment or monthly payments, call Signal Management Services (SMS) at 1-800-874-1958.

The service of fingerprinting is also available Monday - Thursday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

There is a $10.00 fee per card for this service for residents of Everson and Nooksack and $20.00 fee per card for all other residents.
